Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

Heart & Anchor pieces are created with intention, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Select items within The Founders Collection are offered on a limited pre-order basis to ensure the highest quality production experience.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order pieces are produced in limited quantities and ship within approximately 4–6 weeks from the close of the pre-order window unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once orders have been fulfilled and prepared for shipment.

In-Stock Items

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, products may ship separately depending on fulfillment timing.

Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier operations, seasonal demand, and destination. Heart & Anchor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once packages have been transferred for delivery.
